About the store
We’re a small home bakery tucked away in the neighbourhood of Seletar, where every focaccia is baked fresh each day.
Our sourdough loaves are naturally leavened with wild yeast — no commercial yeast here. Each batch is slow-fermented overnight to bring out rich, complex flavours, a tender crumb, a nice crust, and a loaf that’s easier on the stomach.
