Kagoshima Ramen (Alliums)

Kagoshima ramen is the only Kyushu ramen with a unique style of noodles and soup. Vegetable and chicken stock is mixed with pork bone broth, resulting in flavourful but clear and light soup. Kagoshima ramen also uses medium thick noodles instead of the signature Hakata style thin noodles.

After extensive R&D, Veg-An has managed to recreate the flavour of the Kagoshima Ramen, using only plant based ingredients. For those who like spicy food, be sure to add the Hirameki Mixed Spice, specially imported from Kagoshima (while stocks last).
