Inspired by Mt. Sakurajima, the active volcano in Kagoshima, Japan, our new ramen brings its distinctive volcanic heat to the bowl!
A rich, savoury plant-based ramen with a silky, creamy broth that stays light on the palate. Made with Fuji Oil’s MIRACORE plant-based stock, it brings together plant proteins and oils for depth of flavour and a smooth texture, without adding dairy or plant-based milks.
Topped with our signature Otsumameat - grilled soy slices with the savoury flavour of grilled meat. Otsumameat was one of the winning dishes at the inaugural Singapore Vegan Chef Challenge 2025.
This seasonal bowl also introduces our original Evo Ramen noodles, jointly developed with a skilled noodle artisan.
