Cheeky Don™ やんちゃなライスボウル is a unique food concept by Chef Jacky Tan. The brand specialises in Japanese style rice bowl (Donburiどんぶり). Its delicious signature pork jowl don or cheeky don, is prepared meticulously in a five-steps process - brining, marinating, pan-searing, blowtorching, and smoking. Thus, lifting the flavours up to the next level. Other donburi flavour include Shogayaki 豚の生姜焼き(Grilled Ginger Pork Shoulder).
