Our Rum and Raisin version was created as a Christmas special for 2020 and is so well received that we made it available all year round! :) Our most alcoholic tiramisu to date. We soak our sponge fingers in freshly squeezed orange juice and dark rum mixture for a citrusy twist. In between our creamy layers, we also have rum-soaked raisins covered in thick cocoa powder.
Original tiramisu flavour without the alcohol so it's family friendly! We specially cold brew to make our espresso from scratch to get the strong coffee aroma in this tiramisu.
